For the past few years, I have been hard at work within the film industry. Partnered with Ian Spenceley, I have been learning the skills of film production. Scripting for the big screen and for TV keeps me busy. Recently, I have also been trying my hand at directing short animation.
My range is wide and varied – live action and animation – from deadly serious stories to pure fun and laughter.
My film work is extremely important to me. Some on my screen works are adaptations of my own novels or comic book stories. Others are original concepts developed for the screen. In all cases, my eye is on multi-media development of the properties, allowing for their use as books, graphic novels, computer games etc. (My background in computer game design and comic book marketing shines through)
Our own production company, PURE HUBRIS is actively working at a great many of my projects, as well as being involved with other properties in Europe and the USA.
