Tank Vixens
Udda & Hilda

So who the hell are Udda and Hilda?

General Udda Von Schteppenslammer (the "Beast of Betelgeuse") is the "bad guy" from the Tank Vixens scenario. She runs the forces of the Vole Imperium ("Vimps" for short) – a collection of Nazi-esque mama’s boys who hope to take over the universe. Anime shows are obsessed with having cool, hot babes as officers. Udda takes the whole concept to the furthest possible extreme! Her posing powers can make men’s heads explode, or stop heavy machinery in its tracks.

Udda is totally nuts! Her life is a weird study in carefree insanity.

She’s a loony – but she’s a happy loony….

Hilda is Udda’s secretary. Cool, demure and perfect – sexy as hell and ever ready to deal with Udda’s insanities. The gag in the comic was that Hilda never speaks – whether she can’t speak, or if she simply never gets a chance is up to you.

Hilda is forever nicely dressed, she always has a pen, and produces the damndest objects out of nowhere. She instantly provides backlighting, scripts or backdrops for Udda’s ranting and posing, and blasts idiot minions from time to time for dramatic effect.Udda and Hilda’s relationship became the focal point of the Tank Vixens short film, "Fly Me To The Moon". What is it like to BE the constant companion to a maniac? Why does Hilda put up with it? Why does she stay? (the answer is very sweet – go see the film!)

Udda and Hilda have come to mean a lot to me;
Icons of fun who grew into real characters with depth and subtlety.
